Return & Refund Policies

Shipping & Reworked Bundle Policy:

  • No liability for garments damaged in transit
  • No refunds once alteration begins

Shipping:

  • I try to ship everything that has been pre-made within 2-3 business days after ordering; if you’re in the USA, it should arrive in 2-4 days after that. For preorders, these have a longer wait time that will be specified in the item’s description.

Non-returnable items

Special orders or personalized items, reworked/ upcycled items we do not accept any returns and all sales are final. 

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. If the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

Refunds 
If we haven't shipped your item yet and you want to cancel it, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
